NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION IN SHARES BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
 
The Company has today been notified that Andrew Livingston, the Chief Executive Officer and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), purchased 1,769 ordinary shares in the Company through the London Stock Exchange. The shares were purchased at an average price of 504.398p per share. The shares were purchased pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan.
 
The Company has also been notified that Gareth Hopkins, a PDMR and director of Howden Joinery Limited, purchased 53 ordinary shares in the Company through the London Stock Exchange. The shares were purchased at an average price of 504.398p per share. The shares were also purchased pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan.
