HOWDEN JOINERY GROUP PLC 
(the "Company")
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Company is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today. No new information on current trading will be given during the meeting.
Subject to shareholder approval at today's AGM, the Company will be paying a final dividend for 2016 of7.4 pence per share (2015 final: 7.1 pence per share) on 16 June 2017 (payable to ordinary shareholders on the register on 19 May 2017), giving a total dividend for 2016 of 10.7 pence per share (2015 total: 9.9 pence per share).
The Company will release its 2017 Half Yearly Report on 20 July 2017.
