Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company has been notified that on 15 December 2015 David Hallett (a director of Howden Joinery Ltd and a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company) sold 40,000 shares at a price of 520.18 pence per share.
Following the sale, the total holding of David Hallett (including shares in his wife's name) is 693,337 shares (0.11% of the Company's share capital).
