Release of shares from Co-Investment Plan
The Company has today been notified that, following the vesting of the 2013 Co-Investment Plan (the "Plan") on 26 March 2016, the following share sales took place through the London Stock Exchange on 29 March 2016 at an average price of 464.68 pence per share. 
Following the sale, the remaining Plan shares were released and the Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) listed below increased their shareholding in the Company.
