Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them 
 
The Company has been notified that Mark Robson, Deputy CEO and CFO of the
Company, transferred 550,896 ordinary shares of 10 pence each listed against
his name to his wife, Mrs Rachel Robson, for nil consideration. 
 
Following the transaction, Mr Robson's total holding of shares in the Company
(including shares in his wife's name) is 2,198,117 ordinary shares (c.0.35% of
the issued share capital, exclusive of treasury shares).
