Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company has been notified that Rachel Robson, wife of Mark Robson, Deputy CEO and CFO of the Company, yesterday sold a total of 1,200,000 ordinary shares in the Company through the London Stock Exchange. Mrs Robson's shares were sold at an average price of 425.20p per share. 
Following the transaction, Mr Robson's total holding of shares in the Company (including shares in his wife's name) is 1,017,469 ordinary shares (c. 0.16% of the issued share capital, exclusive of treasury shares).
