NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION IN SHARES BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Grants under Howden Joinery Group plc Long-Term Incentive Plan 
The Company announces that today it granted the following Performance Share Plan (PSP) awards over ordinary shares of the Company to certain Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the Company's 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan.
