The Company has been notified that Matthew Ingle, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, today sold a total of 270,000 ordinary shares in the Company through the London Stock Exchange. Mr Ingle's shares were sold at an average price of 427.52p per share. 
Following the transaction, Mr Ingle's total holding of shares in the Company (including shares in his wife's name) is 3,003,796 ordinary shares (c. 0.48% of the issued share capital, exclusive of treasury shares).
