The Company has been notified that on 18 August 2017, Theresa Keating, a director of Howden Joinery Ltd and a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company, sold a total of 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company through the London Stock Exchange. Ms Keating's shares were sold at a price of 422.74p per share. 
Following the transaction, Ms Keating's total holding of shares in the Company is 220,547 ordinary shares (c. 0.04% of the issued share capital, exclusive of treasury shares).
