The shareholdings have been updated to reflect the total numbers of shares
held by the PDMRs through the Howden Joinery Group Plc Share Incentive Plan
(the "SIP"). Prior calculations of PDMRs' shareholdings included only shares
held in the SIP for three years or more.
Mark Robson and Andrew Livingston's shareholdings have also been updated
following an administrative error in relation to the number of shares they
hold. The Company confirms that there are no announcement obligations that
have not been met in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse
Regulation.
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

Stock Exchange (XLON), the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence listed in the
table below at a price of 484.10 pence per share under the Company's deferred
bonus arrangements.
