Grant under the 2009 Howden Joinery Group plc Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")
 
The Company announces that today it granted the following award over ordinary shares of the Company to Andrew Gault, the e-Commerce Director and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), under the LTIP.
