NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION IN SHARES BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
 
The Company has been notified that Andrew Livingston, the Chief Executive Officer and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), purchased 543 ordinary shares in the Company through the London Stock Exchange. The shares were purchased at an average price of 471.23p per share. The shares were purchased pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan. Following the transaction, Mr Livingston's total holding of shares in the Company is 106,901 ordinary shares (c. 0.02% of the issued share capital, exclusive of treasury shares).
