HOWDEN JOINERY GROUP PLC
(the "Company")
 
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION IN SHARES BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
The Company announces that the Performance Share Plan ("PSP") award granted to certain Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") on 27 March 2017 (the "Award") vested on 27 March 2020.
 
The Award was granted subject to the achievement of certain performance targets based on the Company's growth in pre-exceptional profit before tax over the three-year period ending 28 December 2019. An additional holding period of two years will apply to shares vesting under the Award.
 
The following transactions took place in relation to the Award, which was granted over ordinary 10 pence shares of the Company ("Shares") to the PDMRs listed below:
