Awards of free shares granted under the SIP are not subject to any performance conditions. Under normal circumstances, the awards will vest in full subject to the Executive Director or PDMR remaining a Qualifying Employee until the third anniversary of the date of grant, as defined in the rules of the SIP. No consideration was paid for the acquisition of the awards.
