2020 Deferred Bonus Arrangements
 
The Company announces that on 26 March 2021 the following persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") acquired, through the London Stock Exchange (XLON), the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Shares") listed in the table below at a price of 745.69 pence per Share under the Company's deferred bonus arrangements.
