The Company announces that on 11 August 2021, the following ordinary 10 pence shares of the Company ("Shares") granted in 2014 subject to option under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, were exercised and a proportion sold by Julian Lee, a director of Howden Joinery Limited and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"):
