2022 Deferred Bonus Arrangements
The Company announces that on 24 March 2023, the following Directors and
persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") acquired, through the
London Stock Exchange, the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Shares")
listed in the table below at a price of 673.71 pence per Share under the
Company's deferred bonus arrangements.
