NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION IN SHARES BY DIRECTOR
The Company has been notified that on 16 May 2016, Richard Pennycook, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 51,663 shares at price of 483.9 pence per share. Following the purchase, Mr Pennycook's total holding is 54,663 shares (less than 0.01% of the Company's share capital exclusive of treasury shares). 
The Company has also been notified that on 16 May 2016, Andrew Cripps, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, purchased 3,000 shares at price of 483.7 pence per share. Following the purchase, Mr Cripps' total holding is 3,000 shares (less than 0.01% of the Company's share capital exclusive of treasury shares).
