The Company has been notified that on 19 May 2016, Matthew Ingle, Chief Executive Officer of Howden Joinery Group Plc, sold 1,400,000 shares at an average price of 486.62 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Ingle's total holding is 3,021,216 shares (0.48% of the Company's share capital, exclusive of treasury shares).
