NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION IN SHARES BY PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Company has been notified that on 23 May 2016, Mr Robert Fenwick, (a director of Howden Joinery Ltd and a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company) sold 104,433 shares at an average price of 503.93 pence per share.
Following the sale, Mr Fenwick's total holding (including shares in his wife's name) is 541,032 shares (0.085% of the Company's share capital, exclusive of treasury shares).
