Corrects higher end of profit forecast in paragraph 3 to $3.68 from $3.88
Oct 30 (Reuters) - Howmet Aerospace HWM.N on Thursday lifted its annual revenue and profit forecast as the maker of castings and fasteners expects demand to grow on the back of increased production of commercial jets at key customer Boeing.
The airplane parts maker forecasts annual revenue between $8.18 billion and $8.2 billion, compared to an earlier forecast of $8.08 to $8.18 billion.
It also raised its adjusted profit estimate to be between $3.66 per share and $3.68 per share, compared to $3.56-$3.64 previously.
