Howmet Aerospace finance chief to retire by 2025

Oct 22 (Reuters) - Howmet Aerospace HWM.N said on Wednesday its Chief Financial Officer Ken Giacobbe would retire on December 31.

The aerospace supplier said that Giacobbe, turning 60, would be succeeded by Patrick Winterlich effective December 1, 2025.

Winterlich joined Hexcel HXL.N in 1998 and held roles in finance, operations and IT, prior to assuming his current role as CFO at the aircraft parts supplier firm in 2017.

He would be based at Howmet's headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the company said.
