Howmet Aerospace to buy Stanley Black & Decker's unit for $1.8 billion
Dec 22 (Reuters) - Howmet Aerospace HWM.N said on Monday it would acquire Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing, an aerospace and defense products manufacturer, from Stanley Black & Decker SWK.N for an all-cash purchase price of approximately $1.8 billion.
