** The deal, expected to close in the first half of 2026, will help Stanley Black & Decker significantly cut its debt
** Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing makes fasteners, fittings and other engineered components for aerospace and defense industries

** Including session's moves, SWK shares down 4% YTD, while HWM up 86%
