* Entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding
with Pt Codefin in relation to a proposed joint venture
* AIV and Pt Codefin will form JV co in Indonesia with AIV
and Pt Codefin holding 65% and 35% shareholding in JV co
* JV Co. Is to be established for purpose of acquiring a
piece of land for an aggregate consideration of idr 285 billion
