CHANGES IN COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD COMMITTEES

 

 

The Board of Directors of HSBC Holdings plc announces the following changes to
the composition of the Board Committees with effect from 1 October 2024:

 

Eileen Murray will step down as a member of the Group Audit Committee and
Geraldine Buckingham will be appointed as a member of the Group Audit
Committee.

 

Kalpana Morparia will be appointed as a member of the Group Remuneration
Committee.

 

Geraldine Buckingham and Kalpana Morparia will step down as members of the
Group Risk Committee and Eileen Murray will be appointed as a member of the
Group Risk Committee.

 

Following the above changes, the composition of the Group Audit Committee,
Group Remuneration Committee and Group Risk Committee will be as follows:
