HSBC UK BANK PLC

 ISSUE OF SERIES 2023-1 £500,000,000 REGULATED COVERED BONDS DUE AUGUST 2028

On 19 September 2023, HSBC UK Bank plc issued £500,000,000 Regulated Covered
Bonds due August 2028 as the Series 2023-1 issuance under HSBC UK Bank plc's
 €25 billion Global Covered Bond Programme, which is unconditionally and
irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by HSBC UK Covered Bonds LLP.

The Final Terms in respect of the £500,000,000 Series 2023-1 Regulated
Covered Bonds due August 2028 have been filed with the Financial Conduct
Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 18 September 2023 in respect of the £500,000,000 Series
2023-1 Regulated Covered Bonds due August 2028.
