Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The following transactions of US$0.50 ordinary shares (the "Shares") in HSBC
Holdings plc (the "Company"), relates to the additional Shares being added to
PDMRs' share plan interests through the allotment of dividend equivalents in
relation to the fourth interim dividend for 2025. The awards took place on 20
March 2026 and the price per Share was £11.9768, being the average closing
Share price of the five business days starting on 12 March 2026.
