** Shares of HT Media HTML.NS rise to exchange-allowed maximum of 20% to 21.7 rupees

** Newspaper publisher's Q4 consol pre-tax Y/Y profit jumps more than 4x, helped by revenue growth in its radio broadcast segment

** Revenue up 10.6%

** Trading volume more than 5.1 mln shares, over 25x the 30-day avg

** Including session's moves, stock down 6.3% YTD
