Taiwan's HTC names former Orange exec as new CEO
SHANGHAI, Sept 17 (Reuters) - Taiwan-based smartphone maker
HTC Corp said on Tuesday former Orange executive Yves Maitre has
been named HTC's new CEO, effective immediately.
Maitre replaces Cher Wang, who will keep her role as
chairwoman of HTC's board. Wang is a co-founder of HTC and was
appointed CEO in 2015.
