March 10 (Reuters) - iOne Holdings Ltd  0982.HK : 
 * Share and the sale loan at a total consideration of hk$6.3 million 
 * Says unit entered into the agreement, pursuant to which the seller has agreed 
   to sell the sale share and the sale loan 
 * Net proceeds from the disposal is expected to be about hk$6.2 million 
 * As a result of the disposal, the group is expected to record an unaudited 
   loss of approximately hk$180,000 from the disposal
