Issued Share Capital In Richroad Group Limited  
    * Says total consideration of HK$3.1 million 
    * Vendor has agreed to sell, and purchaser has agreed to 
acquire, sale share, representing entire issued share capital of 
disposed company 
    * Vendor, a unit of company, entered into disposal agreement 
with purchaser 
    * Is estimated that group will record a loss of 
approximately hk$248,000 from disposal
