    * Unit Huationg Contractor Pte entered into a memorandum of 
understanding with Samwoh Corporation Pte. 
    * Pursuant to deal parties have agreed to enter into a JV to 
participate in a building and construction authority tender 
    * Incorporation of JV co is not expected to have a material 
impact on EPS of group for current financial year ending 31 Dec 
2017
