ZURICH/BERLIN, July 10 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Friday:
     
    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    * Meyer Burger Technology  MBTN.S  to establish its own
production of solar cells and solar modules in Saxony-Anhalt and
Saxony. 
     Seperately, the firm announced details of its planned
capital increase, targetting gross proceeds of 165 million Sfr.
