Hudbay Minerals falls as fourth-quarter profit misses estimates

** U.S.-listed shares of Canadian miner Hudbay Minerals HBM.TO fall 4.7% to $23.57 premarket

** The miner posts adjusted profit for the fourth quarter of 32 cents per share, vs. analysts' average estimates of 40 cents per share - data compiled by LSEG

** Lowers full year copper production outlook to be between 110,000-138,000 tonnes, compared to its outlook of 117,000 - 149,000 tonnes last year

** Expects gold production for 2026 to be 217,000 - 272,000 ounces, the midpoint of which is lower than last year's production of 267,934 ounces

** Shares of the company were up 133% in 2025
