Hudbay Minerals to buy Arizona Sonoran for $1.4 billion

March 2 (Reuters) - Canadian copper miner Hudbay Minerals HBM.TO, HBM.N said on Monday it will buy Arizona Sonoran Copper Company for $1.4 billion, as it expands its footprint amid rising demand for the red metal.
