Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Huddled Group plc (AIM: HUD), the circular economy e-commerce group, today
confirms that it will release its results for the year ended 31 December 2024
on Tuesday 6 May 2025.

Investor Presentation

Martin Higginson, Chief Executive Officer, and Daniel Wortley, Group Finance
Director, will host a presentation and Q&A relating to the Company's
results at 9:30am that day.

The presentation will enable existing and prospective investors the
opportunity to listen to management discuss the Group's full year results.
Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard
up until 9:00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live
presentation.
