Humana strikes $2.8 billion BlackRock clinic venture deal Oct 13 (Reuters) - Humana HUM.N said on Tuesday it had entered a new joint venture with a BlackRock investment unit, which will buy private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe's roughly $2.8 billion stake.
