** HBAN reports a rise in its Q1 profit, helped by higher interest income

** Huntington's Q1 net income attributable to the bank rises to $527 mln, or 34 cents per share, from $419 mln, or 26 cents per share, a year earlier.

** Bank's Q1 capital markets and advisory fees climbs 20% to $67 million

** 14 of 21 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, 6 "hold" and 1 "sell"; their median PT is $18 - LSEG data

** Including session's moves, stock down 15.5% YTD
