    ** Co reports Q3 profit of 18 cents a share, shrinking from
23 cents/share a year earlier
    ** Sales grow nearly 6% to $57.6 mln vs a year

    ** Q3 new orders fall nearly 21% on the back of a stronger
dollar, wreaking havoc on the Asia Pacific segment
    ** Stock is down ~25% YTD compared with a ~22% decline in
