March 23 (Reuters) - Hybricon Bus System AB (publ) 
 HYCO.ST : 
    * Has raised loan of 500,000 Swedish crowns ($56,767.86) 
from major owner ReMoD Invest AB 
    * Board believes no further loans will be needed until 
rights issue is subscribed and paid 
    * Loans, which amount to 4 million crowns, from main owner 
will be offset against shares in future guaranteed rights issue
