* LYG Hybrid Kinetic and Beijing Zhi Yun had on 28 July 2017
entered into an equity transfer agreement
* LYG Hybrid Kinetic has agreed to further take up and
acquire a portion of equity interest of Beijing Zhi Yun in
Ningbo JV
* LYG Hybrid Kinetic is required to pay up additional amount
of committed registered capital RMB180 million
* Beijing Zhi Yun is required to pay up reduced amount of
committed registered capital RMB1,100 million
