** Indian refining giant Reliance Industries RELI.NS has
acquired the assets of battery maker Lithium Werks for $61
million, its second such deal in less than three months, as it
makes a bigger push towards clean energy and transport.

** Amazon.com Inc AMZN.O could be days away from closing
its deal to buy MGM, the fabled studio behind "Rocky" and "James
Bond", as a mid-March deadline for regulators to challenge the

** British housebuilder Berkeley Group BKGH.L said on
Tuesday it had acquired the remaining 50% interest it did not
own in St William Homes from National Grid NG.L for 412.5

** AMC Entertainment AMC.N said on Tuesday it would invest
$56 million in gold and silver producer Hycroft Mining Holding

** Indian food-delivery firm Zomato Ltd ZOMT.NS has
reached an all-stock merger with Blinkit that values the
instant-delivery service between $700 million and $750 million,

** Generali GASI.MI is confident it will finalise the
acquisition of a bigger stake in its Indian joint venture Future
