** Longtime precious-metals investor Eric Sprott reveals
35.8% stake in Hycroft Mining Holding Corp  HYMC.O  in a filing
    ** HYMC has behaved akin a meme stock since the news of its
$27.9 mln buyout deal by movie theater chain AMC  AMC.N  on

    ** Sprott has earlier announced it will also match AMC's
$27.9 mln investment in HYMC
    ** Stock has quadrupled since the deal announcement
    ** HYMC shares up nearly 3% at $1.32 premarket on Thursday,
among the most actively traded stocks in U.S. premarket
    ** Stock's 10-DMA volume is about 135 mln shares, nearly
four times its 50-DMA volume
    ** Mudrick Capital is a Hycroft creditor whose SPAC deal
with Hycroft in 2020 made it the company's largest shareholder
with a 40% stake
    ** HYMC has nearly doubled so far in Q1 after a 92% slump in
2021
