U.S. stock index futures stabilized on Tuesday, after a steep sell-off on Wall
Street in the previous session as investors assessed the impact of a spike in
oil prices and Western sanctions on Russia over its invasion of Ukraine.  .N 
    
    At 7:12 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.47% at 32,935. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.52% at 4,220.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.25%
at 13,353.75.
