("HGEN" or the "Company")

 

Net Asset Value ("NAV")

 

As at 31 December 2025, the unaudited quarterly NAV per share of the Company
(the "31 December NAV") was 30.54 pence. The Company had net assets of £39.3
million as at 31 December 2025.

 

 

The Company and its advisers continue to actively pursue asset disposals
alongside measures to preserve the level of cash in accordance with the
managed realisation strategy, including reviewing the corporate structure and
the potential for a delisting.
