Change of name of AIFM

HydrogenOne Capital Growth plc ("HydrogenOne" or the "Company"), the first
London-listed fund investing in clean hydrogen for a positive environmental
impact, advises with effect from 2 November 2022 the name of its AIFM changed
from Sanne Fund Management (Guernsey) Limited to FundRock Management Company
(Guernsey) Limited.

 

All services provided to the Company will remain unchanged.
