July 5 (Reuters) - Hyloris Pharmaceuticals SA  HYL.BR :
    * Belgium's FSMA financial regulator issued a warning on
Friday
regarding the company Hyloris Pharmaceuticals  HYL.BR , saying
it had doubts over the financial information issued to the
market by Hyloris. 
    * Reuters sent an Email and made a phone call to Hyloris,
seeking
comment from the company. There was no immediate reply.
