July 8 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and

    CARMAT  ALCAR.PA :
    French artificial heart maker said it secured 2.2 million
euros financing and had enough cash until the end of September.
    
    FRENCH ELECTION:
    France faced potential political deadlock after elections on
Sunday threw up a hung parliament, with a leftist alliance
unexpectedly taking the top spot but no group winning a
majority.
    
    
    HYLORIS  HYL.BR :
    Belgium's FSMA financial regulator issued a warning to the
market regarding the Belgian pharmaceutical company, saying it
had doubts over the financial information issued to the market
by Hyloris.
    
    VEOLIA  VIE.PA :
    French utility said it signed an agreement to divest its
stake in Lydec.
