Hyperfine falls after pricing stock offering

** Shares of portable MRI maker Hyperfine  HYPR.O  fall
16.2% to $1.40 premarket
    ** HYPR says it is raising ~$6 mln by selling ~4.5 mln
shares and warrants
    ** Combined offering price is $1.33/shr; representing a
20.4% discount to the stock's last close
    ** Co says it intends to use the proceeds for working
capital and general corporate purposes
    ** Lake Street Capital Markets is acting as the exclusive
placement agent for the offering
    ** HYPR fell ~22% in 2024
